2月の食育は味噌作り
柔らかく煮た大豆をニギニギと形がなくなるまでみんなで潰し、塩切り米麹を加えよく混ぜたものを味噌樽に入れました。大豆の味見もしました！ほんのり甘くて美味しかったね🎵
